• License verification. Gumroad handles Pro purchases. We receive a purchase verification to activate your license.
• Support. If you email us, we keep your address and message to reply.

• Verify your Pro license
• Provide customer support
• Send important product updates (if you opt in)
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Offline processing

All audio and video processing happens locally on your machine. Files never leave your computer. No internet required for caption generation.

5. Third-party services

5.1 Gumroad

Payments are processed by Gumroad. Review Gumroad's privacy policy.

5.2 Adobe

The extension runs inside Adobe After Effects. Adobe's own privacy policies apply to the host application.

6. Data security

Because we don't collect content, breach risk is minimal. We still use industry-standard security for license verification and any support correspondence.

8. Children's privacy

Not intended for users under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

The extension works offline, so your content doesn't cross borders. Support email may be stored on servers in various countries, handled per GDPR and equivalent laws.
